90-night sleep trial
Sleep on it for 90 nights. Then decide.
A topper or a pillow cannot be judged in a showroom, so we do not have one. Take it home, put it on your own mattress, and give it a season. If it is not right, it goes back for a full refund: no restocking fee, free return shipping in the contiguous US.

Sleep on it for at least a week
Wool softens slightly as it settles and your body takes a few nights to adjust. The topper needs a fluff on day one; the pillow needs its loft set. Most questions in the first week are answered on the FAQ.

Email us within 90 days of delivery
Write to hello@woolify.shop with your order number and, if you like, a line on what was not right; it helps us make the products better. No reason is required.

We arrange the return
You get the return details by email within one business day. Returns are free in the contiguous US. Original packaging is nice to have, not required; any box that fits works.

Refund in 5 to 7 business days
Once the return arrives and is inspected, the full amount goes back to the original payment method. No restocking fee, no deduction for use.
Why 90 nights, and not 30.
Wool is not foam. It does not feel the same on night one as it does on night twenty: the layer settles a little, your body stops noticing the change, and the first hot spell or cold snap is when you find out what it is really for. Thirty nights is enough to judge a feel. Ninety is enough to judge a season, and it matches the trial on our Amazon listing, so there is no reason to buy there instead of here.
We would rather carry the cost of a few long returns than have you keep something that is not right, or send back something that would have been right in another two weeks.
What the trial covers, and what it does not.
- The mattress topper and the wool pillow, in any size, bought on this site
- Normal use: slept on, with a sheet or pillowcase over it
- A change of mind for any reason, or no reason
- Excessive damage, stains or misuse; a mattress protector keeps the topper safe
- Return shipping outside the contiguous US (the actual cost is deducted; international buyers pay the carrier)
- Orders placed on Amazon or Etsy, which follow that marketplace’s process
- Returns started after day 90

Do I need the original box?
No. It is nice to have, not required; any box the topper fits in works. The topper does not need to be re-compressed.
Can I exchange it for another size?
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the first one under the trial and place a new order for the right size; email us first and we will make sure the two do not cross.
What if it arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We send a replacement or refund in full, at no cost to you.
Does the trial apply to orders from Amazon or Etsy?
Marketplace orders follow that marketplace’s return process. For anything about the product itself, fluffing, care, sizing, email us anyway; we are the same people.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Email us as soon as possible; orders are processed the next business day. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the trial covers it: refuse the delivery or return it once it arrives.
When do the 90 nights start?
On the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it. Email us any time within 90 days of delivery and the return is covered.
